Delivery and Return Information

Orders placed are shipped and Delivered within 6 to 21 business days. Sometimes it may be delay due to payment issues or custom clearance. For Urgent Delivery it is advised to please contact us on email before making purchase.

Most of the countries delivery is free above amount stated on site. Some countries delivery charge applies due to agreement with courier companies. 

The order confirmation, confirmation of product availability and shipment tracking information will be provided to you by email.

Winston Knight utilizes expedited services using reputable global couriers like Sky Net, DHL and USPS for shipping all your orders and parcel delivery around the world.

A physical address with telephone number is required for shipping.

We do not ship to PO boxes, non-physical Military Addresses like APO/FPO etc. but you need to give us an alternate address where we can ship.

Our handling time is 3 to 10 business days. However, we may immediately ship the item if item ordered is already in stock, as soon as the payment is cleared. Otherwise to expedite our service and to give you more comfort, we would like to ship it from our overseas factory location and make sure your order is delivered ASAP.

Returns / Exchange

We at Winston Knight are committed to offer our customers the most trendy, innovative, stylish and flawless products. We never compromise on quality or give false commitments, and follow a clear policy because we value our customers and want you to know everything before you buy. We have streamlined our policy and hope to seek your co-operation for abiding these clauses.

We accept returns on all items, no quibble and always make this process as easy and hassle free as possible. We offer a 14 day return policy from the purchase date.
Return and Exchange Policy applies to faulty products, unopened and unused products that are in their original packaging.

Items should wherever possible be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

We ask you to take reasonable care of the goods you purchase while they are in your possession. This means that: you may inspect and try on the goods as you would try them on in our store but tags should not be removed from any item and the original packaging should be retained.

Goods should not be soiled, torn or damaged. The customer is responsible for getting the product back to us at their expense and we suggest that you package it carefully and return the purchase back to us by means that are safe and can be traced if the parcel goes missing.

As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we’ll email you to let you know.
We accept returns for refund or Exchange for another size or Jacket only from our store.

 

International returns please note:

If you are returning anything to us from outside the UK you must complete a customs declaration correctly indicating that the package contains ‘returned goods’.
If within stipulated time period of 24 hours we will not get response for order confirmation from your side, we will take it as confirmed order and start processing.
No product, colour and measurement changes after 24 hours of your order placement will be entertained as the product is sent for processing.

Order cancellation request or refund request, will result into a direct/flat deduction of 6% from your ordered item amount that is due to credit card processing charges in lieu of the order placed.

Before shipment of your product, our quality control department inspects the product on varied quality standards to ascertain that the product is exactly the same as ordered from our website. If the product is somehow damaged during the shipment, only then will we get you a replacement shipped with expedited shipping at our expense. If your product is damaged, please mail us at [email protected], specifying the details of damage.

 

Points to note:

·         Our 14 day returns policy does not affect your statutory right to cancel as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.

·         The contents of your order and your delivery postcode will determine which delivery services you will be offered.

·         Delivery costs are calculated on total weight, this includes the weight of both the products and the packaging.

·         All returns must be sent back to us at our contact address unless otherwise stated.

·         Returned items paid for via finance may incur an administration fee. See Terms & Conditions for full details.

·         All delivery timescales are subject to stock availability.

·         Small items may be delivered by standard postoffice post.

·         Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes on any of our delivery services.
